I discovered Kimberly Snyder’s creamy avocado dressing recipe and have become OBSESSED! Enjoy as dressing, dip, or alone. I sometimes just eat it with a spoon :)
- 1 Avocado
- 1 small clove of garlic, minced or pressed
- ¼ cup filtered water
- 1 Tbs. fresh dill
- ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- Cut the avocado in half, peel and add to food processor
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth.
