If you’re new to essential oils, I suggest diluting a few drops of each into some almond oil, just to gauge your reaction at first. I like almond oil because it has a naturally cooling effect on the body, which can also help relieve migraines. But you can also feel free to use another oil like coconut.
If you’ve tried these oils before then you can even just mix a few drops of each onto your hand and apply directly to your temples, forehead and back of neck!
PS – this is also a great combo for post-workout soreness / pain. Pain is pain, so most pain medication will work for any area since it just hits general pain receptors in your body 🤓
