This blog is a short and sweet one that I hope will inspire you to change your perspective on exercise :) Here’s how I want you to think of it…

Exercise should be a celebration of what your body can do. Not a punishment for what you ate. Mindset is everything. When you treat exercise as punishment, it has a negative association. I personally used to hate working out.. dreaded it. But once I set real goals and thought long term (instead of just wanting unrealistic, short-term results), I became addicted to feeling strong. Physically and mentally.

And for those of you reading this who are results-oriented, know that this mindset will get you better results. Neuromuscular connection is powerful 🙌🏼
